Brief

  • To analyze existing people-related data, figuring out what can be used for the EVP.
  • To review and redefine an existing EVP that was no longer having the right impact with talent.
  • To develop creative campaign concepts that can be deployed for the activation phase.

  • Interpreted research and data, analyzed insights for the purpose of EVP development.
  • Working closely with Genpact’s internal team, Link Humans strategized and reinvented the EVP fit for talent personas.
  • Designed a number of creative campaign concepts to be used across social, digital and print activation globally.
