What you get

A small slice of the real thing

The full Employer Brand Index covers 16 attributes, 130+ platforms and your sector benchmark, every quarter, with named competitors as an optional add-on. The snapshot takes a slice of that, scoped to what’s most useful for you, so you can see what the data looks like for your company before you commit to anything.

What AI says

“Known for a collaborative culture and strong training, but several sources mention slow promotion cycles outside head office.”

Career Progression · AI matches what talent says
  • Attributes, scored

We pick the one or two that matter most for your sector, or you tell us. Each is scored from what employees, alumni and candidates say in public, using the Index method.

  • Unnamed competitors

You see where you sit against the range of companies you compete with for talent. Full sector benchmarks are part of the Index itself, and named competitors can be added.

  • The AI readout

Where it adds to the picture, we ask the main AI tools what it’s like to work for you and show you what candidates are being told, and whether it lines up with what your people say.

  • A 30-minute walkthrough

An analyst takes you through what moved, what it means, and what the full Index would add. No slides about us.

How it works

Three steps, two weeks

  1. 01

    Tell us who you are

Name, work email, company and job title. That’s the form. We’ll reply within two working days to agree the scope, and you’ll have the snapshot about two weeks later.

  2. 02

    We measure

The team pulls what’s been said about you and your competitors across a selection of the platforms we monitor, classifies it into the chosen attributes and scores it. Where it’s in scope, we ask the AI tools the same questions a candidate would.

  3. 03

    We walk you through it

A 30-minute call to go through the snapshot. You keep it either way.

Who it’s for

Employers with enough conversation to measure

The method needs volume. Snapshots work best for companies with 1,000 or more employees, where enough people talk publicly about working there for the scores to mean something. If you’re smaller, say so on the form and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth doing.

Questions

Before you ask

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no trial, no obligation. We do it because most people who see their data want the full picture, and some don’t, and both are fine.

Why not all sixteen attributes?

Because each one is real work. Collecting, classifying and scoring public conversation takes analyst time, and we would rather do one or two properly than sixteen badly. The full Index covers all sixteen, every quarter.

Will you name the competitors?

Not in the snapshot. You’ll see the range of scores among companies you compete with for talent, which tells you whether you’re ahead, behind or in the pack. Named benchmarks are part of the Index.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources only: review sites, forums, social and professional networks where employees, alumni and candidates talk about employers. We leave out careers sites, paid ads and company accounts. If the snapshot includes an AI readout, we ask the main consumer AI tools directly.

What happens to my details?

We use them to build and send your snapshot and arrange the walkthrough. We don’t sell or share them. See our privacy policy.
