Why did H&R Block choose EBI?

The Employer Brand Index provided a measurable benchmark of our employer brand before launching our EVP. This quantitative measurement reinforced some of what we already knew and gave us insights that helped inform the development of our EVP.

Not only were we able to see the ranking of each employer brand attribute, but also how often people were talking about them. We’re looking forward to conducting subsequent EBI reports following the launch of our EVP.

We really do look at the Employer Brand Index as a score we can use as the ROI of our employer brand.

HOW THE EMPLOYER BRAND INDEX WORKS

Sit back and let us do the work. This is our five-step process:
1. Kick-off Meeting
We discuss what Employer Brand insights you need, what add-ons are necessary and explore how to best present findings to your company.
2. Specifications Form
You'll provide us with all the details necessary to enable us to create an Employer Brand Index Report that ticks all your boxes.
3. Data Analysis
We then conduct an independent analysis that will take approximately 4-6 weeks. We'll do all the heavy lifting and keep you up to date on our progress.
4. The Employer Brand Index
We will provide you with a report that measures your employer brand with a deep evaluation of what candidates, employees, and alumni are saying about your company online.
5. EBI Report Presentation
We clarify the agenda to handle any sensitive issues, then we present the summarized findings of the Employer Brand Index Report to all your relevant stakeholders.
6. Customer Success
Our approach enables you to analyze the effectiveness of your post report activity, make improvements and measure ROI.
